They are good at choosing their battles, as they are aware of their limitations.
They are aware of others’ needs and their own needs, hence easily establish a ‘win-win’ for all parties.
They always evaluate options therefore solve problems more effectively.
  •          Are self-confident and have a high self-esteem
They are self-aware: they know their strengths and weaknesses, goals and aspirations, and opportunities and threats.
They know their flaws and are proud of whom they are.
  •          Make good leaders
They are objective as they usually seek to address the needs of the people.
They exercise responsibility without manipulation and overstepping.
They usually seek to nurture others.
